GREAT members represent interests of neighborhood and business associations, district coalitions, unaffiliated neighborhood associations, communities beyond neighborhood boundaries and the Office of Neighborhood Involvement. They will review and update the ONI Guidelines, which outline the roles and responsibilities of Portland’s neighborhood system.
