Issue of notifying NA's on planning efforts


Proposals:

  1. Original section language: City agencies shall notify all neighborhood associations affected by planning efforts or other actions affecting the livability of the neighborhood(s).

Issue of the contents and order of the City Agency section

There was substantial group discussion regarding the current structure of this section and confusion about what each section addresses. The group proposed reorganizing the section to make it clearer.

Proposal:

City agencies in all matters (but define "all matters") affecting livability, safety, and economic vitality of neighborhood(s) shall:
