Who's the community hero you know that should be inducted into Volunteer Hall of Fame?
Do you know someone who should be honored as Multnomah County’s outstanding community hero and inducted into the county’s “Volunteer Hall of Fame?” Nominate them for the 19th annual Gladys McCoy Award! The award is presented annually by the Citizen Involvement Committee. The winner will be honored by county officials at the county’s Annual Volunteer Award Ceremony on April 30th, and their name will appear on a plaque with past winners on permanent public display in the county boardroom.
Nominees should have made a difference in one or more issues important to Chair McCoy including: civil rights, affirmative action, community, youth and family, local government, environment, or education.
