Free workshop re: how Small Business Admin conducts outreach in diverse & underserved communities on Wed, 8/21
Expand your outreach toolbox! The Small Business Administration (SBA) will share its experiences and nuts & bolts strategies for outreach with diverse and underserved populations. SBA is a federal agency that provides loans, entrepreneurial development, government contracts, counseling sessions and other forms of assistance to small businesses. SBA's presentation will cover its most successful practices, lessons learned, and tools used to conduct successful outreach. Networking will follow. The Multnomah County Citizen Involvement Committee (CIC) is sponsoring the workshop.
