The City of Portland, Office of Neighborhood Involvement (ONI) invites applications for the following two positions:

Youth Development Coordinator

Classification: Assistant Program Specialist

The Office of Neighborhood Involvement’s (ONI) Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the City of Portland’s collaboration with Multnomah County to provide staff support to the diverse membership of the Multnomah Youth Commission (MYC) with a focus specifically on female youth of color, low-income and homeless youth, immigrants and refugees, and the LGBTQ community.

 

  • Salary: $3,881 to $5,978 Monthly
  • Closing Date: 10/14/13
  • Note: The announcement states this is a limited duration position. Funding for the position is in our general fund budget but first need Council approval later this fall as a permanent position.

Community Engagement/Graffiti Program Specialist

Classification: Assistant Program Specialist

The Office of Neighborhood Involvement’s (ONI) Graffiti and Community Engagement Programs Support Specialist is responsible for professional support to multiple programs and staff, including the Community and Neighborhood Involvement Center’s civic engagement programs and the Graffiti Abatement Program.
