The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is beginning the planning process to develop the Division-Midway Neighborhood Street Plan. The goal is to develop a plan that increases street connectivity and supports multimodal travel options. The plan will be completed by Summer 2014. The project area is bounded by SE 112th Ave, SE 148th Ave, SE Stark and SE Holgate.

Come tell us about the neighborhood streets on which you live, walk, bike or generally travel. City staff will lead four walks and two bike rides into the neighborhood to learn community concerns and future ideas.

Walk/Roll 1:

North of Division at 10:30 am & 2:40 pm.

Walk/Roll 2:

South of Division at 11:40 am & 1:20 pm.

Bicycle Rides

at 11:00 AM & 1 PM. Bring your own bike & helmet or borrow one of ours (limited availability).

The attached flyer is in the mail to thousands of residents and businesses in the project area. It includes info translated into Spanish, Russian and Vietnamese. To request an interpreter, please call 503-823-6177 by October 10.
