Primary public forum for policy development, resource coordination, and civic leadership to address affordable housing and economic opportunity issues County-wide.  Advises elected officials on policy pertaining to these issues. Subcommittees include the Housing System Evaluation Group, the Homeownership Advisory Committee, the Severe Housing and Service Needs Committee and the Economic Opportunity Committee.  Each performs an evaluative role and makes policy recommendations to HCDC.
