Come celebrate winter and get your hands dirty by helping us plant native plants in Kelley Point Park. Project partners for this event include; Portland Parks & Recreation, Willamette Riverkeeper, Rachel Carson Environmental Middle School, and Groundwork Portland. Together will enjoy a morning of planting native trees and shrubs, mulching, removing some invasive plants, and picking up litter around the canoe launch area.
The Kelley Point Park Canoe Launch in North Portland will be the focus of our restoration activities. The gravel parking lot is on the left as you first turn onto Kelley Point Park Rd.
