For street trees: The adjacent property owner may appeal a decision to deny a permit request to the Urban Forestry Commission. Appeals must be filed within ten (10) days of the permit decision using this application.

For private trees: The property owner may appeal a decision to deny a permit request to the Urban Forestry Commission. Appeals must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the permit decision using this application. In certain cases, a member of the public may appeal a decision to issue a tree removal permit to the Urban Forestry Commission. Appeals must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the permit decision using this application. An appeal filing fee of $100 is required.
