Hi everyone and Happy Fitness Friday! I hope you all have been getting outside this week and enjoying the sunshine! I know with the rarity of the sun in the NW it's hard to want to come inside to sweat but tomorrow's Dance Avalanche  will be totally worth your time spent indoors! We have three hours of nonstop group fitness fun, with some of our favorite instructors lined up to give our dance enthusiasts something to shout about! Myself, I am not a dancer, but tomorrow I am putting on my dancing shoes and looking forward to stepping outside of my comfort zone for a sweating good time! Are you ready for the challenge?! See you tomorrow!
