To celebrate our first post, here's a photo from our very first $5 5k race at Columbia Park this past May. We had a great turn out and the weather couldn't have been more beautiful (for a Portland spring day).

interval training routines

A good way to get in shape is trough interval training routines. This type of training help a lot.
