This practice incorporates genle, flowing motion, focused awareness and muscle stretching accomplished through release, relaxation and letting go of tension in the mind an neurological system. This is often called, "meditation in motion." No prior experience necessary.

|Yoga for Kids||Encourages fun while teaching kids to be mindful of their bodies and others around them. Incorporates basic postures, community stretching, story telling and games. Parents welcome to participate.|
A fun, physically challenging and self-reflective class. It includes breathing, strength building and flexibility training. Teens will learn relaxation tools to reduce stress and will be encouraged to learn about their mind, body, and spirit.
