Cancellation Policy
SWCC requires 5 days notice of cancellation in order to issue a full refund. Late cancellations will be assessed a withdrawal fee & charged for each camp day through notification.

1-4 days before camp	Withdrawal fee
After camp begins	Withdrawal fee + prorated daily fee charge thru date of notification
$15 Withdrawal Fee for camps valued at or below $75 $25 Withdrawal Fee for camps valued at or above $76
