Upcoming Deadheading Orientation

PENINSULA PARK ROSE GARDEN

Residents of the Piedmont neighborhood who would like to help deadhead and weed the Peninsula Park Rose Garden are invited to a one-hour orientation session on June 5 or June 7 at 9:00 am.
From the first week of June until the first week of September, volunteers help Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) deadhead and weed Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8 a.m. to noon. All you need are comfortable garden gloves. Pruners are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.  If you would like more details about volunteering at the Peninsula Park Rose Garden, please contact Ann Gardner, OSU Master Gardener Volunteer Coordinator, at penrosegarden@gmail.com or Steve Pixley, PP&R Volunteer Coordinator, at Steve.Pixley@portlandoregon.gov.

Heartbleed Security Notice
