Hi everyone and happy Fitness Friday! April is here and so is spring!
The seasons are changing and with spring comes a positive change in the weather and longer days! Spring time awakens a natural desire for us to want leave our houses, exercise, and move our bodies more. Here at SWCC, the ways to work out are endless. From over 80 weekly group fitness classes ( 4 new ones starting next week!) to fabulous personal trainers (Meet Victoria Franklin, our newest trainer!) and a well maintained fitness center. You will never run out of ways to fulfill your active necessities.
Spring time also brings interns to SWCC. This year we are lucky to have John and Shondra, two bright future PCC fitness technology graduates. They will be with us over the next 3 months shadowing me and our other fitness professionals. John and Shondra are the next generation in trainers, so I encourage you to ask them questions, allowing them to continue to use their classroom knowledge in real world situations. Let's give them a big SWCC welcome!
