The 2005-2010 Consolidated Plan for Multnomah County, the City of Portland and the City of Gresham describe how CDBG, HOME, and other housing and community resources will be used over the next five years, and in the coming year to address the community's priority needs and objectives. The 2005-2010 Consolidated Plan was extended for one year, to include 2011.
