Asset Management & Compliance

Portland Housing Bureau's (PHB) Asset Management team monitors the compliance, reporting and financial performance of housing funded and regulated by the City of Portland. The goals of the system are to ensure that financed projects perform as projected, benefit intended populations and achieve long-term sustainability.

Asset Management monitors and tracks over 310 projects--over 10,000 affordable housing units within the following program areas:

  • Multi-family Housing Rental Units
  • Federally-funded Projects (HOME/CDBG)
  • Fee Waivers & System Development Charges (SDC)
  • Limited Tax Exemptions (LTE)
  • Economic Development Investments (EDI)
  • HOPWA
  • PSH (Permanent Supportive Housing) PHB Restricted rental projects
