Through the Porltand Lead Hazard Control Program, qualified properties are eligible for a grant of up to $10,000 for a single family unit or $4,000 per unit in a multi-family property. The grants provide homeowners and other property owners an opportunity to reduce liability, increase property value, and provide healthier and safer housing.
