In partnership with other City bureaus, Multnomah County and community partners, the Portland Housing Bureau coordinates winter and severe weather shelter and day services for homeless individuals in our community.

For the most up-to-date information on winter shelter and assistance, call 211info by dialing 2-1-1. In Multnomah County, the call line is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and from 2:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note: The call hours listed above are only during winter shelter. In April they return to 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
