Property Managers and Social Service Providers are invited to the next Housing Partnership Workgroup.  An agenda for the March 21 meeting is here: HPW AGENDA 3-21-13. There will be an opportunity for social service staff to introduce themselves to property managers. 

A landlord panel will be led by Ben Wickham of Cascade Management, Inc. and Martin Soloway of Central City Concern.  The panel will explore various aspects of screening criteria – a tool to predict lease compliance, property management concerns, impact on vulnerable populations like homeless and no income applicants, opportunity for acceptance for applicants with screening barriers, etc. There will be time set aside for questions from the audience.
