Intermediate Self-Defense Class
WomenStrength Self-Defense Intermediate Class
The Intermediate class is for women who have taken the regular WomenStrength class and/or the WomenStrength Refresher class within the past 6 months, and are interested in taking their introductory self-defense skills to a new level! This class is 7.5 hours long (1/2 hour for lunch) and offered on a Saturday as an intensive course.
The Intermediate class will involve combining strikes from the introductory class, drills that incorporate you the student holding a pad, multiple attacker practice, weapons defense drills and other exercises that build on the skills you have learned in the introductory class. The intensity level of this class is stepped up a notch from the first class both physically and emotionally, so we are limiting the class to 14 students and will have 5 instructors teaching the course.
