LINDA LINCOLN

On July 11th, 1999 at approx 1050 am EMS and police were dispatched to the intersection of N. Borthwick and Prescott where they found someone giving CPR to a white female.  EMS continued CPR as the subject was transported to Emanuel Hospital where she died.  This subject was subsequently identified as Linda Lincoln, a 41 year old white, female, 5’3”, and 130 lbs.

Earlier that day at approx 9:30 am, while visiting friends, Ms Lincoln told these friends that she had been robbed and beaten by two black males near NE 17th and Alberta.  She was complaining of pain in her neck and jaw.  This robbery probably occurred between 9 am and 9:30 am on July 11th.  There is no indication that Ms Lincoln called the police and reported this robbery.  Despite her friend’s pleas to stay with them because of her complaints of physical discomfort, Ms Lincoln drove off in her car.    Ms Lincoln was known to have a substantial amount of money on her person when she left her friends on the morning of July 11th, 1999.  When police responded to the call of someone slumped over the steering wheel of their car, they found no money on her person or in her vehicle.

An autopsy performed on Ms Lincoln discovered that she died from blunt force trauma of some sort.
