On July 20, 1997, Tracy Johnson, a 33-year-old white man, was last seen by his father as he dropped Tracy off at 7635 SE Johnson Creek Blvd. in Milwaukie to return some glassware that he had stolen.
Mr. Johnson had been reportedly involved with drugs and was associated with those who manufacture meth. Tracy Johnson has not been seen or heard from since his father dropped him off on July 20,
