"Charlie Guinasso is a recent graduate from Portland State University with a degree in psychology as well as a minor in writing. He is currently employed part-time at Schwabe Williamson and Wyatt and hopes to return to school for a masters in marriage and family counseling. His long term goal is to become a professional counselor and he fully supports Boystrength because he wants to help people find their voice and their own stength during times of crisis. On his free time, Charlie enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out at the Multnomah Athletic Club, as well as helping put together shows in his model railroad club."
Hi my name is Kyle Miller. I’m a senior at Portland State University. I am finishing up my last few terms before I graduate, and am looking to move into local law enforcement afterwards. I enjoy playing video games and reading. I am interested in social justice and finding ways to make this world better than I found it. When I retire, I plan to move to Kyle, Texas and run for mayor.
Volunteer of the Month
My name is Kacie Peterson. I am a recent graduate of Portland State University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Minor in Writing. I love volunteering with Boystrength and working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly. I spend most of my volunteer time working on administrative tasks, but also partake in grant research and writing processes. On the rare occasions when I do meet the boys it is truly rewarding to see who I am working for, and I am excited for the bright futures ahead of them. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, travel, reading, coffee, cheesy horror flicks, and old school Nintendo.
