Police seek help in murder investigation

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a homicide.

On Sunday, July 12, 2009, a family member returned home after being away for the weekend and found 46-year-old Todd Ternes deceased inside the residence. He had been bludgeoned and his throat had been cut.
