CRIME STOPPERS CASE # 10-18 Bank of America Robbery

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in identifying a robbery suspect caught on surveillance video.

On Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at approximately 2:28 p.m., the Bank of America, located at 7410 North Lombard, was robbed by a lone male. The suspect entered the bank, approached the teller and demanded money before fleeing the scene in a vehicle that belonged to a customer in the bank.

A short time later the suspect crashed the vehicle in a restaurant parking lot at North Columbia and North Martin Luther King Boulevard. Police recovered the stolen vehicle but the suspect absconded and remains at large.

The suspect is a light skinned black male, in his 20's, 5'7" tall, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing black nylons over his head, a black peacoat, a v-neck sweater with large horizontal stripes, a button up shirt, dark pants and white shoes.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and you remain anonymous.
