69-year-old Raymond Dale Foley was admitted to an area hospital for treatment to minor injuries suffered in yesterday's crash. Investigators determined that Foley was driving a 1992 Ford Aerostar van at a high rate of speed, weaving in and out of his lane, prior to crashing into a parked pick-up truck and utility trailer, which caused Foley's van to roll over.

The investigation is still continuing but alcohol, and the driver's speed are factors.

This evening, Saturday February 25, 2012, at 6:02 p.m., Portland Police officers from North Precinct responded to the report of a rollover crash at Northeast 75th Avenue and Fremont Street. Officer arrived along with fire medical personnel and discovered one person with injuries trapped inside the van.

Members of Portland Fire & Rescue were able to get the injured man out of the van and he was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Portland Police Bureau Traffic Division's Major Crash Team is responding to investigate the crash.

Northeast Fremont Street is currently closed between 74th and 76th.
