39-year-old Kia Skille was safely located in Polk County, Oregon and is no longer missing.



The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help in locating 39-year-old Kia Skille (pronounced "Kya Skill"), who disappeared from her Portland group home, in the 7000 block of Southeast Woodstock Street, on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Skille suffers from a medical condition which, if left untreated, could jeopardize her welfare.

Kia is described as a white female, 39 years old, 5'9", 160 pounds, with black hair. There is no available clothing description. She was believed to have left her home voluntarily, and is likely on foot, or may be using public transportation. Kia is believed to have possibly left the Portland area, and may have ties in Yamhill County.

Anyone who knows of Kia's whereabouts is asked not to approach her, but to immediately call 9-1-1. Anyone with additional information about this case is asked to contact Detective Mark Sponhauer, at (503) 823-0416.
