Portland Police Seek Public's Help Locating a Wanted Fugitive

The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help in locating a theft suspect.

36-year-old Thomas Allen Park II has a felony warrant for Aggravated Theft in the First Degree. Park was indicted by a Multnomah County Grand Jury in August 2011 after he and two associates defrauded Umpqua Bank out of $68,000 by falsely obtaining a line-of-credit from the bank.

Park is described as a white male, 5'10" tall, 260 pounds, brown hair and eyes.
