UPDATE #2: Public Help Needed to Locate Missing Endangered Man from OHSU

Investigators received word today that Wade Koch has been located safe with family in Colorado and is no longer considered missing.

A photo has been obtained of still missing person Wade Victor Koch. The photo is a 2008 DMV photo.

Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital is seeking the public's help in locating a 20-year-old man who was receiving treatment at an inpatient unit at the hospital on Monday afternoon.

20-year-old Wade Koch is a considered vulnerable individual who requires medical attention and could present a danger to himself. He is not considered violent and is not believed to present any danger to others.

Mr. Koch was last seen was wearing an olive colored short-sleeved shirt, jeans and no shoes.

Mr. Koch has curly shoulder-length, dark-brown hair. He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

Currently there is no photo of Mr. Koch available but he is described as resembling the late Jim Morrison, lead singer for The Doors.

Anyone seeing Mr. Koch is asked to immediately call 9-1-1. For non-emergency information, please contact the OHSU Department of Public Safety at (503) 494-7744.
