February 08, 2013 19:40

Detectives from the Portland Police Bureau's Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public's help in locating 35-year-old Sean Thomas Imeson, of Southeast Portland.

Imeson was last seen during the early morning hours of February 8, 2012, at about 1:00 a.m., near Northwest 16th Avenue and Lovejoy Street. At the time, Imeson had been driving an older, gold Mercedes, which has since been recovered by police, in Northwest Portland.

During the course of investigation, detectives have learned that Imeson may present a risk to his own safety; therefore, police would like to locate him to check his welfare.

Imeson is described as a white male, 35 years old, 5'11", weighing 160 pounds, with short, receding brown hair and brown eyes. There is no clothing description available at this time.

Anyone who knows of Imeson's whereabouts is asked not to approach him, but to immediately call 9-1-1. Anyone with non-emergency information about this case is asked to contact Detective Mike Weinstein, Missing Persons Unit, at (503) 823-0446 or Mike.Weinstein@PortlandOregon.gov.
