The Portland Police Bureau and the Oregon State Police are conducting a saturation patrol mission focusing on impaired driving over the Cinco de Mayo holiday weekend.

The Oregon State Police's mobile DUII processing station is parked across from the Portland Police Bureau's Central Precinct to assist law enforcement officers countywide with processing of DUII suspects.

Both the Portland Police and Oregon State Police will be looking for impaired drivers on area roads.

For media interested in interviews, please contact Lt. Chris Davis at (503) 793-8233.

The Portland Police Bureau and the Oregon State Police remind people not to drink and drive. Pick a designated driver, ride public transit, or take a cab.

Together we can eliminate deaths and serious injuries caused by drunk and drugged driving.
