Shots Fired During an Armed Robbery at a Southeast Portland Bar - No Injuries

This evening, Thursday October 3, 2013, at 9:28 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to "Mr. Dealers Double-Up Café" at 12306 Southeast Powell Boulevard on the report of a robbery with shots fired.

Officers arrived in the area and contacted a bar employee who told police that the suspect entered the bar and demanded money. The suspect then pulled a handgun and fired multiple shots inside the bar but did not hit anyone. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of money then ran out of the bar.

Several officers, including a Police K-9, searched the area but did not locate anyone matching the suspect's description.

The suspect is described as an unknown race male wearing all dark clothing and armed with a handgun.
