The Oregon State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy today on 40-year-old Joshua Keen and determined that he committed suicide.

This morning, Tuesday November 19, 2013, at 7:25 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of a body down an embankment in the 3300 block of North Interstate Avenue.
Officers arrived and confirmed that the person was deceased and have called for Homicide detectives to respond to the scene along with Criminalists from the Forensic Evidence Division.
No other information is available at this time.
