Pema Dorjee has been found safe and has returned home.



The Portland Police Bureau's Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 61-year-old man from his Montavilla neighborhood residence.

61-year-old Pema Dorjee was last seen on Saturday January 18, 2014, at 7:30 a.m., walking away from his home in the 1400 block of Southeast 87th Avenue. He has recently moved from the Mall 205 area and has had a few recent incidents where he's gone for walks and has gotten lost, not remembering how to get home.

Pema is described as a male Asian, 5'1" tall, 112 pounds, last seen wearing a brown puffy coat.

Anyone seeing Pema is asked to immediately call 9-1-1. Anyone with non-emergency information is asked to contact Detective Lori Fonken at (503) 823-1081.
