Gang Enforcement Team Investigators Arrest June 2013 Robbery Suspects - Marijuana and a Gun Seized as Evidence (Photo)

Portland Police Bureau Gang Enforcement Team (GET) investigators have arrested four men in connection with a June 2013 robbery at Southeast 126th Avenue and Division Street.

19-year-old Michael Doster, 18-year-old Davontay Deangelo Mosley, 19-year-old Terrence Andrews-Ramsey, and 19-year-old Joshua Adam Crawford have all been arrested and charged with several felony crimes.

The investigation started on June 8, 2013, at 6:38 p.m., when East Precinct officers responded to the report of an armed robbery in the 12600 block of Southeast Division Street. The victims told police that they were robbed at gunpoint by two men after the victims met them to purchase marijuana. The suspects stole the victims' money, an iPhone and an iPod Touch.

Gang Detectives began to follow-up the initial report and arrested Doster on December 15, 2013.

On February 6, 2014, Mosley was arrested and a search warrant was served at his residence in the 9900 block of Southeast Steele Street. Over one pound of marijuana, packaged to sell, was seized from Mosley's residence.

On February 11, 2014, Gang Enforcement Team officers arrested 19-year-old Terrence Andrews-Ramsey at Northeast 181st Avenue and Halsey Street.

Officers searched the residence of Andrews-Ramsey and seized a handgun and ammunition.

Doster was charged with three counts each of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree, as well as single counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

Mosley was charged with three counts each of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree, as well as Delivery of Marijuana within 1000' of a School, Delivery of Marijuana, and Possession of Marijuana.

Andrews-Ramsey was charged with three counts each of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree and booked into the Multnomah County Jail.

On February 14, 2014, officers arrested Crawford and booked him into the Multnomah County Jail on three counts each of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree.

The Portland Police Bureau Gang Enforcement Team and Gun Task Force are continuing to actively investigate gang and gun crimes in the City of Portland.
