On Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at approximately 4:54 p.m., North Precinct officers were dispatched to Fox Run Mobile Home Park, located at 9000 Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, on the report of a subject menacing his brother with a gun.
Officers arrived and arrested the suspect, 40-year-old Leroy Sylvester Long. Officers learned that Long was a convicted felon so they notified the Gun Task Force to assist in the investigation.

Inside the safe, investigators recovered 10 firearms, ammunition and body armor.
Long was charged with 10 counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, 10 counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and one count of Felon in Possession of Body Armor, and was booked into the Multnomah County Jail.
Once the investigation is complete it will be shared with the U.S. Attorney's Office for possible Federal prosecution.
