Today, Friday February 28, 2014, the Oregon State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy today on 63-year-old Floyd Wayne Pulido Jr. and determined that he died of homicidal violence.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing into Pulido's death.
This investigation began last night, Thursday February 27, 2014, at 2:28 p.m., when North Precinct officers responded to the Cedar Shade Mobile Home Park, located at 7120 Northeast Killingsworth Street, on the report of an unconscious older male inside one of the residences.
Officers and medical personnel arrived and determined that the man was deceased. Based on their observations at the scene, officers have requested Homicide detectives and Criminalists from the Forensic Evidence Division to respond to conduct a death investigation. The cause of death was not known until after the autopsy this morning.
