Transit Police Seeking Public's Help Identifying Criminal Mischief Suspect (Photo)

The Transit Police Division (TPD) is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect who kicked out a window on a MAX train in North Portland.

The incident occurred on February 15, 2014, at approximately 1:00 a.m.

The suspect appears to be a white male in his 30s to 40s, wearing a gray t-shirt over a red long-sleeve shirt, dark colored pants, wearing a dark ski cap. The suspect is carrying a messenger-type bag and walking a bicycle.
