Gang Unit Seizes Heroin, Cocaine, Marijuana, and $25,000 cash in St. Johns Neighborhood Drug Investigation (Photo)

On Wednesday March 5, 2014, at approximately 5:00 a.m., the Portland Police Bureau's Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT) served a search warrant at a residence in the 8400 block of North Fessenden Street in connection with a drug investigation conducted by the Gang Enforcement Team.

52-year-old Hansen Lamar Richardson and 43-year-old Addison Blackmon III were arrested at the residence.

During a search of a safe located inside the residence, officers located and seized approximately 128 grams of heroin, 188 grams of crack cocaine, 123 grams of powder cocaine, and 228 grams of marijuana. The estimated street value of the seized narcotics is $45,000. Additionally, officers seized more than $25,000 in cash as evidence.

Richardson was charged with seven drug trafficking crimes as well as Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Blackmon was charged with seven drug trafficking crimes. Both were booked into the Multnomah County Jail and will be arraigned on Thursday.
