This evening, Thursday March 20, 2014, at 9:37 p.m., North Precinct and Gang Enforcement Team officers responded to Northeast Portland's Woodlawn Park on the report of gunshots heard in the area.

Several officers arrived in the area but did not locate any victims or evidence of gunfire initially. Other officers responded to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in the event that a gunshot victim was transported by private car.

Officers canvassing the Woodlawn Park area located a crime scene near Northeast Oneonta Street and Claremont Avenue, which is near the center of Woodlawn Park.

At this point, there is no suspect information.

The Gang Enforcement Team is taking the lead on the investigation.
