Search Warrants Served as Part of Ongoing, Multi-Agency Auto Theft Investigation

Today, Tuesday April 8, 2014, investigators from the Portland Police Bureau served several search warrants in the Portland Metro area as part of an ongoing, significant auto theft investigation.

Search warrants were served at the following locations:

9609 North Columbia Boulevard (A1 Light Truck and Van Parts)

9101 North Columbia Boulevard (West Coast Car Crushing)

330 North Lotus Isle Drive

516 West Fourth Plain Boulevard (Vancouver, WA)

514 Northwest 40th Street (Vancouver, WA)

A Multnomah County Grand Jury will consider felony charges at a later date.

This is an ongoing investigation involving the following agencies: The Portland Police Bureau's North Precinct and Detective Division, the Oregon Department of Justice, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office, the Oregon State Police, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), the Oregon Department of Human Services, the Clark County (WA) Sheriff's Office, and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
