Guns, Cash and Narcotics Seized in Southwest Portland's Multnomah Neighborhood - Two Arrested (Photo)

On Tuesday April 29, 2014, at approximately 3:30 p.m., officers assigned to the Central Precinct Street Crimes Unit contacted 29-year-old Scott Robert Brandon at Southwest 30th Avenue and Barbur Boulevard as part of a drug investigation. In his possession, officers located a small quantity of heroin and more than $1,500 in cash.

Brandon was arrested and officers went to his apartment in the 8900 block of Southwest 30th Avenue, where they recovered an additional quantity (approximately 3/4 of an ounce) of heroin and methamphetamine. Officers also located and seized an additional $500 in cash, four handguns and one shotgun.

21-year-old Samantha Emily Rastatter was contacted inside the apartment and arrested.

Brandon was arrested on charges of Delivery, Manufacturing and Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

Rastatter was arrested on charges of Delivery and Possession of Heroin, and Delivery and Possession of Cocaine.

Both were booked into the Multnomah County Jail.
