10/25/2014 UPDATE - RETURNED HOME: Public's Help Sought in Identifying Man Found Wandering Southeast Portland (Photo)

At approximately 6:45 a.m today, a residential care facility nearby called and reported one of their residents missing, which turned out to be the man that was with police.

The man was returned to his care facility safe and sound.

This morning, Saturday October 25, 2014, at 3:15 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to the 14100 block of Southeast Hawthorne Court on the report of an unknown elderly male standing on the porch.

Officers arrived and contacted the man who is not able to say where he lives and appears to speak limited English.

Officers have checked the immediate area and cannot find out where the man came from.*-..

10/24/2014 UPDATE #2: Major Crash Team Investigating Serious Injury Crash at Southeast 80th & Ash

The 63-year-old woman killed in a traffic crash on Tuesday has been identified as Flora Denby Novarra of Tualatin, Oregon.

The case remains under investigation and, once completed, will be forwarded to the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office for review.

Today, Wednesday October 22, 2014, at 10:02 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the Ace Tavern, located at 8868 Northeast Sandy Boulevard, on the report of a robbery.

On Monday October 20, 2014, Central Precinct officers arrested 18-year-old Wesley Lawrence Curtis and 23-year-old Adam Lawrence Elder in connection with the murder of 43-year-old Marc Sundin last week.
