On Wednesday August 29, 2012, at approximately 7:15 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to Central Precinct responded to the Burnside Bridge on the report of two men walking onto the Burnside Bridge from the East side, one of them wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a rifle under a blanket.
