11/25/2013 Youth Services Officers Investigating Incidents of a Man Exposing Himself to Children Near North Portland Schools

The Portland Police Bureau's Youth Services Division (YSD) is investigating two reported incidents of a man exposing himself to children.

On Wednesday November 20, 2013, at approximately 3:15 p.m., officers responded to the area of North Fessenden Street and Burr Avenue on the report of a man who'd exposed himself to two 14-year-old girls at George Park.

Officers contacted them and learned that the suspect pulled over and asked them for directions.*-..
