02/20/2015 UPDATE #2 - Suspicious Death Investigation Underway at North Portland's Kelley Point Park (Photo)

The Oregon State Medical Examiner today conducted an autopsy on the deceased 22-year-old woman found in the Willamette River and determined that she died of blunt force trauma and drowning.

The victim, 22-year-old Elyesicia Chevonna Payton, was the suspect's girlfriend.

No additional details will be released as there is a Multnomah County Grand Jury will begin hearing the case next week.

This is the third homicide of 2015.
