This morning, Friday April 27, 2012, at approximately 4:40 a.m., Portland Police officers were dispatched to an assault-in-progress call at an apartment complex in 4200 block of North Alaska Street. At the intersection of North Willis Boulevard and North Haven Avenue, two of the responding police cars were involved in a crash, heavily damaging both patrol cars and a nearby parked car.
