The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help in determining how a deceased newborn baby ended up in a recycling center. On Tuesday May 28, 2013, at 8:33 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to EFI Recycling, located at 4325 North Commerce Street, on the report that a person discovered human remains among recycling items. On May 24, 2013, a Multnomah County Grand Jury indicted 37-year-old Marvin Lee Lambert on one count of Murder and one count of Felony Murder for the 1994 shooting of 26-year-old Brian Hill.
