The Portland Police Bureau officers associated with the Monday December 27, 2010 officer-involved shooting in Southwest Portland with Marcus Lagozzino have been identified as Officers Jamin Becker, Ralph Elwood, Scott Foster, and Bradley Clark. Officer Jamin Becker, a 2-year-veteran of the Police Bureau, fired a Taser? one time. Officer Ralph Elwood, a 14-year-veteran of the Police Bureau, fired four rounds from a less lethal shotgun. Officer Scott Foster, a 17-year-veteran of the Police Bureau, fired three rounds from less lethal shotgun. Officer Bradley Clark, a 4-year-veteran of the Police Bureau, fired four shots from an AR-15 at Lagozzino, striking him at least three times.*-..
